Usage Guidelines

This Macintosh/IBM compatible logo art is for the use of ABA affiliates, associates, and members to meet web, print, and media needs that require art suitable for reproduction purposes.

Consistent and appropriate use of the ABA logo, as well as those for ABA's related programs, ensures maximum effectiveness in creating public recognition of our name and identity and reinforces the unity and scope of ABA's work. To that end, we ask that observance of the following general guidelines be strictly maintained when using the logo.

Approved colors for the logo are Black and Pantone 541 or Process Match of Pantone 541.

Always maintain the exact size, proportion, and spacing relationships used in each logo design. For example, the logo design should not be made taller or wider proportionally to fit a layout.

When using the logo in a layout, do not place competing visual elements close to the logo or otherwise cause its impact or legibility to be reduced. A minimum clear space of .25" is required. Minimum size usage of .75" is required.
